Two runners at Windsor this evening as we bid to add to our FOUR winners in the last fortnight and get to 20 victories in 2018.

GLORY OF PARIS – 7:15 Windsor ATR

Although Glory of Paris is 0-16 on turf, he has been unlucky not to get a win this year as he wasn’t beaten far in races at Bath, here and at Ascot off similar marks. He should be freshened up by a 47 day break and the nature of a big field lady riders sprint could be right up his street as their should be plenty of pace and is well drawn in stall five. Also Ellie MacKenzie, his jockey, has impressed (won on Biotic at Sandown for the stable) this year and she is well worth her 7lb claim in this contest so hopefully he can go closes to breaking that turf duck this evening.

Showcasing three-year-old that hasn’t done quite as well as hoped this year but the handicapper is giving him a chance, having dropped 12lb since his Ffos Las maiden success. He would ideally have preferred a softer surface but it does not look the strongest of seven runner contests and Robert Havlin could be the type of jockey to get the best out of him.
