Midnight Rider , a new horse bought at Newmarket Horse and Trainers sale and previously trained by Chris Wall, ran at Windsor yesterday (20th ~April).
Midnight Rider had done most of his racing over 6 to 7 furlongs, last night we tried a different tactic and ran him over 5 furlongs , which proved to be successful as he won quite comfortably. He now will be aimed at a veteran handicap over 5 furlongs at Chepstow on the 1st May.
It is nice to have a horse from another yard as most of our horses come to us as yearlings.
