Hawridge Steps Up To A Mile

August looks set to be a busy month and we have three runners in action on Tuesday. METTE has been off the track a long time through various setbacks but she is a lovely looking filly and hopefully she can build on this return in due course. BLACKDOWN WARRIOR has been disappointing since finishing second at Bath but hopefully a step up to a mile might suit and he will enjoy the soft ground. HAWRIDGE GLORY has improved with each run as he has stepped up in trip and a mile in nursery company should enable him to go close at Nottingham. On Wednesday, GO AMBER GO faces just five rivals as she bids for her third success of the year at Bath and off a 3lb higher mark for her Ffos Las success, she has every chance. She is joined by AZURE AMOUR who has had a slightly disappointing season but is now well handicapped and has won at Bath last season so shouldn’t be too far away.
