It was an impressive third success of the year for SIR RODERIC at Windsor on Monday, enjoying the very soft ground to hit the front inside the final furlong and was always doing enough to hold on. While the weather remains unsettled, he is likely to head to Sandown next week and we hope he can keep on progressing. It was another solid effort from HANDYTALK to finish third but he may need to step up in trip to get back in the winners enclosure.

With his confidence boosted from getting back into the winners enclosure at Bath in May, MARCANO ran out a convincing winner returned to the same track, this time on softer ground. Held up at the back of the field, he travelled strongly before picking up nicely to run out a cosy winner. He will be forced up in grade but he still remains well handicapped and we hope he can finally reach his full potential. CHAMPAGNE CHAMP ran well on his favoured soft ground to finish second in a very competitive handicap at Salisbury and he will be out again with the current weather conditions.
