LADY WOLF – 2:10 Chepstow ATR
This Kuroshio filly made a promising debut at Bath, finishing five lengths behind the winner Signora Cabello (won Listed race at York last week) and most importantly, only a length behind Popping Corks, the second favourite for today’s race. There is quite a discrepancy in the market between the pair, with Richard Hannon’s runner 7/2 and Lady Wolf at 33/1, suggesting our filly might represent a bit of each way value! She will have improved for that experience like all our two-year-olds and hopefully she is not too far away.
DADDIES GIRL – 3:25 Nottingham RUK
Tough filly that had an excellent two-year-old campaign with three wins. She has started the year off an inflated handicap mark of 91 but hasn’t been disgraced in picking up some prize money when third at Salisbury and fifth at Ascot. She is down 3lb to 88 and this is a much weaker race than last time so we are hoping for a good show under useful 5lb claimer Jason Watson.
